Submission Guidance

1. Papers should be written in English and limited to 4-10 pages.
2. The authors of the paper will take responsibility for any Intellectual Property issues concerning the papers on their own.
3. Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings.
4. Papers accepted to be published into the conference proceedings must fully comply with the conference format for the final camera ready submission.
5. Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation WILL NOT be published.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the event.
Plagiarism Policy
ICSSS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submitted papers must present original work conducted by the authors and must include adequate, appropriate, and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the responsibility of the authors to clearly delineate their own contributions from any published results, methods, or techniques upon which their work relies or builds. Reviewers are expected to carefully evaluate submissions to ensure that these standards are upheld.
In the event that an act of plagiarism is confirmed, the following sanctions will be imposed:
• Rejection of the submitted article, or removal of the article from the final publications;
• Notification of the violation to the author's supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s);
• Reporting of the violation to the appropriate academic ethics oversight office and relevant research funding agencies;
• Reservation of the right to publicly disclose the author's name(s), the article title, the affiliated institution(s), and details of the misconduct.
