On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the International Conference on System Safety and Security (ICSSS 2027), to be held November 3–5, 2027, at Georgia Southern University in Savannah, Georgia, USA.

As societies become increasingly dependent on complex, interconnected, and intelligent systems, ensuring their safety, security, reliability, and resilience has never been more important.
